The following memo was sent to our Life Group Leaders to answer the question about how we handle Benevolent needs brought to us as a body of believers. We follow this practice when a need is presented to the office staff as well.
First: the Life Group members connect by extending the love of God to the individual or family in need
Second: Life Group Leader picks up the cause to assist through the cell group
Third: Life Group Leader verifies the level of need, by connecting, or sending someone to connect, to obtain an understanding of what is truly needed.
Fourth: The Life Group rallies resources as needed to get the work done; is there anyone connected to the Cell that can assist?
Next: If the needs cannot be addressed by those in this cell, then the Leader connects with their Cell Coach and he/she will bring it to the other coaches and the Official Board Member in charge of Benevolence to help organize a response, based upon the evaluation obtained from the Cell Leader or their designate.
Please understand that we are working hard to develop “a system of care†that will always function to help those in need. The Cell is our FIRST level of implementing assistance. That’s where the loving occurs, which is what all of us need most – someone to care. From there we can look for the additional help needed through the Cell structure, rather than building a tailored program to remedy an immediate need each time.

En primer lugar: los miembros Vitales del Grupo se conectan al extender el amor de Dios a la persona o familia en necesidad
Segundo: El Lder de Grupo recoge la causa para ayudar a través del grupo de células
Tercero: El Lder de Grupo verifica el nivel de necesidad, mediante la conexión, o enviar a alguien para conectarse, para obtener una comprensión de lo que es verdaderamente necesario.
Cuarto: El Grupo reúne los recursos según sea necesario para hacer el trabajo, ¿hay alguien conectado a la célula que puede ayudar?
Siguiente: Si las necesidades no pueden ser atendidas por los de esta célula, el lder se conecta con su entrenador celular, él / ella van a traer a los otros entrenadores y el miembro oficial de la junta a cargo de la Benevolencia, este podrá ayudar a organizar una respuesta, basada en la evaluación obtenida por el lder de la célula o la persona designada.
Por favor, comprenda que estamos trabajando duro para desarrollar “un sistema de atención” que siempre funcionará para ayudar a los necesitados. La célula es nuestro primer nivel de aplicación de ayuda. Ah es donde se produce el amor, que es lo que todos nosotros necesitamos más – alguien que le cuide. A partir de ah podemos buscar la ayuda adicional necesaria a través de la estructura de la célula, en lugar de construir un programa para poner remedio a una necesidad inmediata cada vez.
