However, the ONE major necessity in transitioning to cells, using any of the various methods, is this: The Senior Pastor must be absolutely committed to staying the course from the very beginning!! This is not a try-it-out-to-prove-whether-it-works-or-not approach to ministry. As has been said in other arenas, check your ego at the door! Cell church works, is found working in the New Testament and was the foundation from the inception of His church!
The most dangerous variable in transitioning or planting a cell church is an unsettled mind. Adjustments in thinking will be needed along the way to accommodate the growth process you will go through, but you don’t have to back away from the key decision to practice biblical methods.

What would be the top one to three commitments that a senior pastor would have to make a rock solid commitment to? In other words, what hills are worth dying on? (I have a suspicion that this has more to do with core beliefs rather than methodology.)
