Parental examples are God’s directive. The Scriptures I listed last week were not exhaustive by any means and a comment from blog reader Oscar Coronado reminded us to examine Deuteronomy 6. Please open your Bible to this passage and note the following instructions that apply to you as a believer and follower of God and His word:
- vs. 2 your life will touch 3 generations simultaneously
- vss. 5-6 this love for God and His words must be in you first
- vss. 7-9 then will you be able to teach and model them to your children
- vss. 10-19 blessing and possession of the land are the results
- vs. 20 your children will ask and examine the truth of your life (not just your words)
- vs. 21 your words will confirm the truth of your example
The principles of this passage tell us that you are the first Bible that your children read. Your example and demonstration of loving God and following His ways are the most powerful training event in history! If you are not yet a parent, or if your own children are grown and living on their own, please offer the open book of your life in God to the children in your cell families.

Los Ejemplos de los padres son dirigidos por Dios. En las Escrituras de la semana pasada mencione no somos exhaustivos por ningún motivo y un comentario en el blog de Oscar Coronado nos recordó que examinemos Deuteronomio 6. Por favor, abra su Biblia en este pasaje y tenga en cuenta las siguientes instrucciones que se aplican a usted, como creyente y seguidor de Dios y su palabra:
• vs. 2 tu vida tocara 3 generaciones al mismo tiempo
• vss. 5-6 ese amor a Dios y Sus palabras deben estar en ti primero
• vss. 7-9 y después, serás capaz de enseñar y modelar a sus hijos
• vss. 10-19 Bendición y posesión de la tierra son los resultados

Los principios de este pasaje nos dice que usted es la primera Biblia que sus hijos leen. !Tu ejemplo y demostración del amor a Dios y el seguir sus caminos son el evento de capacitación más poderoso de la historia! Si todava no eres padre o madre, o si tus hijos han crecido y viven por su cuenta, por favor, ofreceles el libro abierto de tu vida en Dios a los niños de las familias de tus grupos celulares.
