Where is your “carrot� Remember the donkey pulling the wagon, while the driver holds a carrot out on a stick just in front of him so the donkey is constantly moving forward to reach it? That’s US!! Our leadership teams have a common goal, or set of goals, that become the targets at which we aim, the carrot we constantly pursue. While goals change to reflect the present situations we are in, we must always have them.
In order to become effective in cell ministry we develop targets at which to aim, such as, how many potential leaders are in the training track, when will they be ready to launch new cells, how many are in the cell groups each week, and what needs to occur for inspiring new growth and evangelism, and more. Discovering these targets (goals) as a group/team brings a realistic appraisal of where we are, where we want to be, and what it will take to arrive there. Regular weekly (or at least bi-weekly) meetings of the team are essential for remaining focused, reviewing the targets, and evaluating whether we have moved closer to them. If the actions we are taking do not move us toward the set targets, we must adjust our activities, prayer and discipline to meet the actual needs.
Sharing the work and the responsibility of a cell church can be a lot of fun. Getting together to review the individual cells, zones and districts often brings great joy to the team! Hearing of salvations, baptisms, healings and the restoring of lives stemming from community can be exhilarating. Of course when the news is not as cheerful and we certainly need each other at those times also. The point is; meet regularly, don’t postpone this very necessary component of cell ministry.

¿Dónde está tu “zanahoria”? Recuerde el burro que jalaba la carreta, mientras que el conductor sostena una zanahoria en un palo justo en frente de él, as que el burro está en constante movimiento hacia adelante para alcanzarla. ¡Esos somos nosotros!! Nuestros equipos de liderazgo tienen un objetivo común, o un conjunto de objetivos, que se convierten en los objetivos a los que apuntamos, la zanahoria la perseguimos constantemente. Mientras que las metas cambian para reflejar las situaciones actuales en que estamos, siempre hay que tenerlas.
Para llegar a ser eficaces en el ministerio de células, hemos desarrollado objetivos que alcanzar, como por ejemplo, ¿cuántos lderes potenciales se encuentran en la pista de entrenamiento, ¿cuándo estarán listos para lanzar nuevas células?, ¿cuántos están en los grupos celulares cada semana?, y que necesita ocurrir para estimular el nuevo crecimiento y la evangelización, y mucho más. El descubrimiento de estas metas (objetivos) como un grupo/equipo aporta una evaluación realista de dónde estamos, dónde queremos estar, y lo que se necesita para llegar all. Las reuniones semanales (o por lo menos dos veces por semana) del equipo son esenciales para mantener el enfoque, la revisión de los objetivos, y evaluar si nos hemos acercado más a ellos. Si las medidas que estamos tomando no nos mueven hacia los objetivos fijados, debemos ajustar nuestras actividades, la oración y la disciplina para cumplir con las necesidades reales.
El Compartir el trabajo y la responsabilidad de una iglesia celular puede ser muy divertido. El reunirse es conjunto para revisar las células individuales, zonas y distritos a menudo ¡trae una gran alegra al equipo! Escuchando de salvaciones, bautismos, milagros y la restauración de vidas que se derivan de la comunidad puede ser estimulantes. Por supuesto, cuando la noticia no es tan alegre y ciertamente nos necesitamos los unos a otros en esos momentos también. El punto es, reúnanse regularmente, no posponga este componente necesario del ministerio celular.
¡Traiga su zanahoria a la reunión!
