Slow down: As you read these simple words today, take a moment to draw in a long breath, slow your hurried pace (the one that’s telling you to read quickly and dutifully complete this blog because there is more to do), and give yourself the gift of a few minutes for a simple, yet very important task.
Look Up: That is, away from the work in front of you. Get your mind cleared of the thoughts that are occupying you in this moment.
Look Around: Who are the people God has placed in your life? Limit the number using this qualifier: I interact with these people regularly, each week or two, and I have influence with them in some way.
Write them down: don’t lose the effort you’ve just made, write down the names you have discovered. You may “see” their face in your mind’s eye as you ponder the question. Place them into a list, capture them with your writing device, save it for later.
God has placed you in a strategic position to influence these people. They listen to you, care about your interaction with them and would be willing to hear about what delights you in life. Pray for them by name and watch for the next step in sharing your insights about life in Christ.

Reduzca la velocidad: Al leer estas simples palabras hoy, tome un momento para dibujar un largo suspiro y detén tu ritmo apresurado (el que te está diciendo que leas de manera rápida y diligentemente, completa este blog porque no hay más que hacer), y date el regalo de unos minutos para una tarea simple, pero muy importante.
Mira arriba: Es decir, lejos del trabajo delante de ti. Despeja tu mente de los pensamientos que te están ocupando en este momento.
Mira a tú alrededor: ¿Quiénes son las personas que Dios ha puesto en tu vida? Limita el número usando este calificativo: me relaciono con estas personas regularmente, cada semana o dos, y tengo influencia con ellos de alguna manera.
Escrbelo: no pierda el esfuerzo que usted acaba de hacer, escribe los nombres que has descubierto. Usted puede “ver” la cara en el ojo de tu mente al meditar sobre la pregunta. Colóquelos en una lista, capturarlos con su dispositivo de escritura, guardarlo para más tarde.
Dios te ha colocado en una posición estratégica para influir en estas personas. Ellos escuchan, se preocupan por tu interacción con ellos y estaran dispuestos a escuchar acerca de lo que te deleita en la vida. Oremos por ellos por nombre y mira el siguiente paso en compartir sus puntos de vista acerca de la vida en Cristo.
