Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 comes immediately to mind for me on this topic of team ministry.
Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.
The conclusion in verse 12 is beautiful:
A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
This passage has been applied in various ways; travelers, business partners, husband & wife, etc., yet the principle is sound! Having intimate companions and co-workers brings confidence and collaboration, encouragement & excitement, protection & power. Building a small team for your leadership of the cell lays a foundation for success and a pattern for the future in supervising multiple cells or an entire organization.
Discouragement WILL come, attacks from the enemy WILL occur, even well-meaning friends WILL make comments that can slow you down in your desire to lead well in the body of Christ. Make certain, from the beginning, that you will work in a team! It is unlikely that all of those in your inner circle will be discouraged at the same time. When you are ‘falling’ the others will reach out and help!

Dos son mejor que uno

Eclesiastés 4:9-10 viene inmediatamente a la mente para m en este tema de ministerio en equipo.
Dos personas están mejor que uno, para que puedan ayudarse uno a otro a tener éxito. Si una persona se cae, el otro puede extender la mano y ayudar. Pero alguien que se cae solo esta en un verdadero problema.
La conclusión en el versculo 12 es bella:
Una persona de pie por s sola puede ser atacada y derrotada, pero dos pueden estar espalda-a-espalda y conquistar. Tres es mucho mejor, un cordón trenzado triple no se rompe fácilmente.
Este pasaje ha sido aplicado en varias formas, los viajeros, los socios de negocios, esposo y esposa, etc., y sin embargo ¡el principio es el sonido! Tener compañeros ntimos y compañeros de trabajo brinda confianza y colaboración, ánimo y entusiasmo, protección y poder. Construir un equipo pequeño de liderazgo en la célula sienta las bases para el éxito y un modelo para el futuro en la supervisión de varias células o una organización entera.
El desánimo vendrá, los ataques del enemigo va a ocurrir, incluso buenos amigos harán comentarios que pueden reducir la velocidad de tu deseo en llevar bien el cuerpo de Cristo. Asegúrese de que, desde el principio, que ¡vas a trabajar en equipo! Es poco probable que todos los de su crculo ntimo se desanimaran al mismo tiempo. Cuando usted está “cayendo” ¡los otros te tenderán la mano y ayudaran!
