What people are saying:

“Joel Comiskey’s cry for the priority of the children in the Christian community echoes the passion of Jesus, Himself, and it cannot be ignored. He offers Biblical foundations, practical paradigms, and present day examples of what happens when a church takes its children seriously. While he sees the family as being the first and finest arena for children to grow into spiritual maturity, he recognizes that it happens best in a church culture which supports the parents and provides the resources of the community to equip the children. Though written in the cell church context, its message is to every church. It’s hard to put this book down without asking questions of ourselves. The issues call us to prayer and the Father’s direction.”

—Dr. Lorna Jenkins, pioneer of children in cell ministry, prolific author

“God has given a special gift to the contemporary Body of Christ by anointing Joel Comiskey to write this book. He reveals how to form cells with, and for, the precious children. It is the pioneer volume that exhaustively explains the theology and practice of children’s cell groups. It is packed with examples of ways cell churches have successfully formed them in different cultures. The way to launch them is carefully explained.”

—Dr. Ralph W. Neighbour, Jr., author, professor, and church planter

“There is a big move of God going on among the children today. Thousands of children are being saved through children´s small groups. I praise God for this book, because it demonstrates this fact through testimonies and documented true stories from various churches that understood that they can form children into thousands of disciples of Jesus when they start this work in their childhood. This book is an invitation for parents, pastors, and leaders to meet and participate in this move of God

—Pastor Marcia Silva, founder and leader of children’s ministry at the Vine Church, Goiânia, Brazil

“Dr. Comiskey excels as a researcher. You have, in this book, a complete view about what is being done in cell churches around the world in this so important segment in church life. Children are the church of today. Every pastor, leader, and parent should read it and learn from a variety of children’s ministries in different cell churches in this wonderful research. The cell world has truly been blessed and enriched by this masterpiece. Read it, meditate on its content, get inspired, and let yourself be impacted and transformed.”

—Robert Lay, founder and president of Igreja em Celulas,

“In such a time as this, we cannot neglect a generation who the enemy is trying to destroy. It must be our opportunity, challenge and primary concern to prepare them “for such a time as this.” I pray this book is not just read – but that its fruit will be seen in the lives of the children who the readers come into contact with.”
