1 Corinthians 14:26 – When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up.
Each person bringing a revelation, tongue or interpretation –how many churches do you know that try that in a worship service with 300 people? And yet, the scripture says “this must be done so that the church may be built upâ€. In other words, if the spiritual gifts of each person are not employed when we come together, the church is weaker for it. Needs go unmet, exhortations unheard, leadership development gets ignored.
In the New Testament times the churches were smaller and met in homes. Therefore it was possible (even natural) for everyone to minister to one another.
Today even large churches can practice this New Testament principle in cell group settings. Smaller numbers of believers meeting in homes can encourage each person to use their gifts for the sake of others As a result the church will be stronger and the worship services will stay a reasonable length!

1 Corintios 14:26 ¿Que hay, pues, hermanos? Cuando os reuns, cada uno de vosotros tiene salmo, tiene doctrina, tiene lengua, tiene revelación, tiene interpretación. Hágase todo para edificación.
Cada persona que trae una revelación, una palabra o interpretación. ¿Cuantas iglesias tú conoces que tratan eso en el servicio con 300 personas? pero, las escrituras dice “Esto debe hacerse para que la iglesia pueda crecer”. En otras palabras, si los regalos espirituales de cada persona no se emplean cuando venimos juntos, la iglesia se debilitara. . Las necesidades no se encontraran, las exhortaciones no se oirán, y el crecimiento del liderazgo será ignorado.
En el tiempo del Nuevo Testamento las iglesias eran pequeñas y en los hogares. Por lo tanto era posible (incluso natural) que cada uno ministre a uno otro.
Incluso las iglesias grandes pueden practicar hoy este principio del nuevo testamento en ajustes del grupo de célula. ¡ pequeños números de creedores que se reúnen en hogares, pueden animar a cada persona, para que utilice sus regalos por otros. Como resultado la iglesia crecerá fuerte y los servicios de la adoración permanecerán a una longitud razonable!
