The New Testament is the best example to follow. The churches in the houses had leaders and/or mature people called “fathers†in 1 John 2:12-14. These “fathers†were responsible for the “young men†and the “young men†were responsible for the “children.â€
I think the apostle John shows a pattern followed by the New Testament church. It was a relational chain of care and support in the body of Christ. We call it discipleship. Today we have a great variety of forms and different names for the same basic principle demonstrated by Jesus Christ. It is the only command given by the Master before He left us and went back to the Father. He told his followers to “make disciples,†not church members.
The cell is the most sacred body on earth. It is the dwelling place of the fullness of God. It is the sacred body of Christ. It is the house where the Godhead dwells.
The cell is a spiritual family. The same way a child is taken care of by a biological father and/or mother, the new born believer is cared for by his spiritual parents and the cell members, his spiritual family. The cell is formed into small basic Christian units, building blocks of the house of God.
The greater structure is the cell system which has leaders, coaches, training, and celebration services. The cell church setting is the perfect environment for the growth of new believers.

El Nuevo Testamento es el mejor ejemplo a seguir. Las iglesias en las casas tenan lderes y / o personas mayores llamados “padres” en 1 Juan 2:12-14. Estos “padres” fueron los responsables de los “jóvenes” y de los “hombres jóvenes” fueron los responsables de los “niños”.
Creo que el apóstol Juan nos muestra aqu, un patrón seguido por la Iglesia del Nuevo Testamento. Era una cadena relacional de atención y apoyo en el cuerpo de Cristo. Y lo llamamos discipulado. Hoy contamos con una gran variedad de formas y diferentes nombres por el mismo principio básico y demostrado por Jesús Cristo. Es el único comando dado por el Maestro antes el cual nos dejó y volvió al Padre, “hacer discpulos” no miembros de la Iglesia.
La célula es el órgano más sagrado en la tierra. Es el lugar donde mora la plenitud de Dios. Es el sagrado cuerpo de Cristo. Es la casa donde la Deidad de Cristo esta.
La célula es una familia espiritual. De la misma manera que un niño es atendido por un padre o madre biológica, el creyente recién nacido es cuidado por su padre espiritual o por los padres y los miembros de la célula, su familia espiritual. La célula está formada por pequeñas unidades eclesiales, construyendo bloques en la Casa de Dios.
La mayor estructura del sistema celular con los dirigentes, entrenadores, celebraciones, etc., es el escenario perfecto para el crecimiento de los nuevos creyentes.
