The cell work is closely linked to the celebration; so much so that the cell leader’s work reaches its complete fulfillment when the members attend the celebration. Effective cell leaders are passionate to bring the members to the celebration services where they can receive more in-depth teaching and worship with the extended family of God. Our cell groups rent buses to take their cell guests to the larger gatherings. How do they pay for the buses? Those cell members who are already believers bear the cost of renting the buses and offer free transportation to the guests who are not yet believers.
Most of Elim church members do not use vehicles for transportation to the celebration services and do not use public transportation either. Almost everybody arrives on the rented buses, since it is part of their cell culture to go to church always bringing their “guests” (people who are in the process of becoming believers). The idea of going alone, without guests would make them feel that something is missing in their spiritual growth.
The reality is that in our cell system, conversions occur equally in the cells as in the celebration. Even in the case of conversions that happen in the celebration gatherings, there is the awareness that they are the result of the member’s persistent work in the cell groups. This is how the house to house ministry connects with the larger celebration gatherings to reach people for Jesus. God receives the glory through the two-winged church.

Relación del trabajo en las casas con la celebración
El trabajo de las células se encuentra estrechamente ligado al de la celebración. Tanto es as que el trabajo del lder ve su completa realización cuando desemboca en la celebración. La pasión por llevar a las personas a la celebración es tal que, desde el inicio del trabajo celular, nuestros lderes comenzaron a rentar autobuses para llevar a los invitados a la iglesia. Los miembros de las células asumen el costo de la renta de los autobuses y ofrecen transporte gratuito a los invitados.
La mayor parte de miembros de la iglesia Elim no usan vehculos para transportarse a la celebración y tampoco usan el transporte público. Casi todos llegan en los autobuses rentados pues ya es parte de su cultura celular el ir a la iglesia llevando siempre a sus invitados. La idea de ir solos, sin invitados les hara sentir que algo falta en su práctica de fe.
En nuestro sistema celular las conversiones se dan por igual en las células como en la celebración. Aún en el caso de las conversiones que se producen en la celebración, se tiene una conciencia, son el resultado del trabajo perseverante de los lderes en las casas. Es de esa manera que se produce una articulación entre el trabajo en el edificio de la iglesia y el de las casas. Los esfuerzos se suman y producen los resultados de una cosecha para la gloria de Dios.
