There are many different cell systems in churches. Systems can vary and adapt in detail according to specific situations in local Churches. But one factor is vital to a healthy Cell Church: the integration of all subsystems.
The two most important ones are integrating the Sunday service and the cells. In his book The Second Reformation, Bill Beckham describes these two elements using the two-winged church expression.
They complement each other and do not compete. They must receive the same weight and attention.
In my teachings and follow-ups of Cell Churches in these twenty-five years in Brazil and abroad, I realized that many Churches did not understand this. The Sunday service often gets more attention and emphasis than the cells. There still is this notion of the importance of programs. I’m not saying the service is a mere program. The sermon, among other essential parts of the service, is the backbone that gives the theological and doctrinal direction through its teaching.
In most pure Cell Churches, the sermon has its practical application in the cell through questions that require a direct and personal answer and decision-making. Sermons that apply to the cells are the best connecting element, among others, between the two wings.
Another factor is the integration between the cells and all other church ministries. This is very important to maintain unity, not divisions. Every member who serves in any ministry should be a member of a Cell and connected to it.
As said before, this is another powerful binding element of integration in the Cell Church.
Integration of all subsystems in the cell church avoids divisions and preferences the enemy likes so much.

Existem muitos sistemas de células diferentes nas igrejas. Os sistemas podem variar e adaptar-se detalhadamente de acordo com situações específicas nas Igrejas locais. Mas um fator é vital para uma Igreja em Células saudável: a integração de todos os subsistemas.
Os dois mais importantes são integrar o culto dominical e as células. Em seu livro A Segunda Reforma, Bill Beckham descreve esses dois elementos usando a expressão igreja de duas asas.
Eles se complementam e não competem. Eles devem receber o mesmo peso e atenção.
Em meus ensinamentos e acompanhamentos de Igrejas em Células nestes vinte e cinco anos no Brasil e no exterior, percebi que muitas Igrejas não entendiam isso. O culto dominical muitas vezes recebe mais atenção e ênfase do que as células. Ainda existe essa noção da importância dos programas. Não estou dizendo que o culto seja um mero programa. O sermão, entre outras partes essenciais do culto, é a espinha dorsal que dá a orientação teológica e doutrinária através do seu ensino.
Na maioria das Igrejas em Células puras, o sermão tem sua aplicação prática na célula por meio de perguntas que exigem resposta e tomada de decisão direta e pessoal. Os sermões que se aplicam às células são o melhor elemento de ligação, entre outros, entre as duas asas.
Outro fator é a integração entre as células e todos os outros ministérios da igreja. Isto é muito importante para manter a unidade e não as divisões. Cada membro que serve em qualquer ministério deve ser membro de uma Célula e estar ligado a ela.
Como dito antes, este é outro poderoso elemento vinculativo de integração na Igreja em Células.
A integração de todos os subsistemas na igreja em células evita divisões e preferências que o inimigo tanto gosta.

Existen muchos sistemas celulares diferentes en las Iglesias. Los sistemas pueden variar y adaptarse en detalle según las situaciones específicas de las Iglesias locales. Pero un factor es vital para una Iglesia Celular saludable: la integración de todos los subsistemas.
Los dos más importantes son la integración del culto dominical y de las células. En su libro La Segunda Reforma, Bill Beckham describe estos dos elementos utilizando la expresión iglesia de dos alas.
Se complementan y no compiten, deben recibir el mismo peso y la misma atención.
En mis enseñanzas y seguimientos de las Iglesias Células en estos veinticinco años en Brasil y en el exterior, me di cuenta de que muchas Iglesias no entendían esto. El culto dominical a menudo recibe más atención y énfasis que las células. Todavía existe esta noción de la importancia de los programas, no estoy diciendo que el servicio sea un mero programa. El sermón, entre otras partes esenciales del servicio, es la columna vertebral que da la dirección teológica y doctrinal a través de su enseñanza.
En la mayoría de las Iglesias Celulares puras, el sermón tiene su aplicación práctica en la célula a través de preguntas que requieren una respuesta y toma de decisiones directa y personal. Los sermones que se aplican a las células son el mejor elemento de conexión, entre otros, entre las dos alas.
Otro factor es la integración entre las células y todos los demás ministerios de la iglesia. Esto es muy importante para mantener la unidad, no las divisiones. Cada miembro que sirve en cualquier ministerio debe ser miembro de una Célula y estar conectado a ella.
Como se dijo antes, este es otro poderoso elemento vinculante de integración en la Iglesia Celular.
La integración de todos los subsistemas en la Iglesia Celular evita divisiones y preferencias que tanto le gustan al enemigo.
